Ryan Dulde owns a private residential property on Hastings Rd in Union Center. This site is the tool he and his father use to keep the place maintained: tracking what needs doing, scheduling the contractors who do it, and keeping a record of the work.
Contractors who work on the property are contacted about scheduling — by text, by email or by phone, whichever they prefer. Messages come from Tina, an assistant who arranges the work on Ryan Dulde’s behalf.
Every message is one-to-one and concerns a specific job at this one address: asking whether someone is available, agreeing a date, checking on progress, closing the work out. Nothing promotional is ever sent, there is no list to be added to, and a contractor who would rather not be texted simply says so.
Ryan gives each contractor a private link to their own page: the jobs, the photos, and three checkpoints to tap through. The first time it opens, it asks one question — whether it’s alright for Tina to text about scheduling — and one tap answers it either way.
