This is a private household’s tool for keeping track of maintenance work, not a product with customers. It holds contact details for the contractors who work on Ryan Dulde’s property in Union Center, Wisconsin, and a record of the jobs they have done.
A contractor’s business name and the first name of whoever is dealt with, their mobile number and email address, the trades they cover, and any notes about them. Alongside that: the jobs they have been asked about, messages sent and received, photographs of the work, quotes and invoices.
Arranging and keeping track of maintenance work, and nothing else. No advertising, no profiling, no sale of anything to anybody.
Message frequency varies with the work in hand — typically a handful of messages over the few weeks a job runs, and none at all between jobs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Full terms are on the messaging terms page.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
The service runs on ordinary infrastructure providers, which necessarily handle the data in order to work: Twilio carries the text messages, Resend the email, Supabase stores the records and photographs, Vercel runs the site, and Anthropic’s API is used to draft and read messages. Each acts only as a processor under its own terms. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Job records are kept as a maintenance history of the property, which is the point of keeping them. Ask and your details will be removed.
